Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 7v777 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). This Agreement governs your registration, access and use of the 7v777 website located at 7v777.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports and any promotional features offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

7v777 is intended for adults only. We operate under internationally recognised licensing frameworks. We do not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority of Pakistan. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by you on the Platform, through which you access all services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account pursuant to an active promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process applied to all registered accounts.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any sports betting stake, casino game round, crash game session, virtual sports stake or other real-money play event initiated from your Account.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or regulatory restriction.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet value that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the 7v777 website, mobile-optimised interface and any associated applications or services.
• "Operator" means the licensed entity responsible for operating the 7v777 Platform under the relevant gaming licence.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on 7v777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains open:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial or corporate entity for the purpose of unauthorised arbitrage, resale or data harvesting.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any Restricted Territory in which access to online gambling is prohibited.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through this Platform or any linked responsible gambling system.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering with accurate, complete and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth and current residential address.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 7v777 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed immediately. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and the primary account may also be subject to suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 7v777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations, 7v777 applies a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or full account access are granted:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes trigger enhanced due diligence

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes stipulated by the Platform may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The 7v777 Platform is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may access and use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. All use must be in good faith.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users
• Collusion with other users or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches or pricing anomalies — any such winnings are void and must be returned
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment credentials
• Bonus abuse, including the systematic creation of accounts or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play
• Money laundering or the use of the Platform for any financial activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC processes

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error or game failure during a live session, 7v777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to your Account Balance. We are not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard. 7v777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered Account holder. Familiar payment references available to Pakistani players may include channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, subject to current availability and operator policy. Mention of these providers is for reference only and does not imply their endorsement of gambling activities.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your Account settings. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed where bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the associated Balance.

6.3 Processing Times

7v777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in our Help Centre. Processing times may be extended during periods of enhanced due diligence or where additional documentation is required. The Platform is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.4 Currency

Account balances and transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) or other supported currencies as displayed within your Account. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the point of transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on 7v777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated balance becomes withdrawable. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Time Limits: All promotions carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not utilised within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet: While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum single-bet stake limit applies. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.
• One Promotion at a Time: Unless explicitly permitted, only one promotional offer may be active on your Account simultaneously.
• Abuse Prevention: 7v777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time if abuse is suspected. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and forfeiture are made at the Operator's sole discretion.

Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on 7v777 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a system-generated confirmation. 7v777 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a pricing error is identified, where suspicious activity is detected, or where market rules require it.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void — and the original stake returned to your Balance — in circumstances including but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of a sporting event, an obvious pricing error, a technical failure affecting the integrity of the market, or where the relevant event did not comply with published market rules.

8.3 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements. Where a live stream is provided for informational purposes, it does not constitute a guarantee of real-time accuracy and should not be the sole basis for betting decisions. Live coverage of events such as Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL T20 matches and ICC tournaments is provided in good faith.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per event, per day or per market type apply and are published in the Platform's betting rules documentation. Winnings in excess of applicable limits will be paid only to the stated maximum, regardless of the calculated return on the wager.

Responsible Gambling

7v777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should not be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual play sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying time elapsed during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7v777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of the Operator or its licensed third-party content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from the Operator.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7v777 and its Operator, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or financial loss arising from wagering activity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7v777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that all gambling activity carries inherent financial risk and that you assume full personal responsibility for any losses incurred.

Nothing in this section shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 By 7v777

7v777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: these Terms & Conditions have been breached; fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity has occurred; KYC requirements have not been met; or the Account poses a regulatory, legal or financial risk to the Platform.

12.2 By the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcomes, and any remaining verified Balance will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by 7v777 — all Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including indemnification obligations and restrictions on intellectual property use, shall continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that this Agreement is not governed by Pakistani law and that the Platform does not operate under Pakistani regulatory authority. Participation in online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local legislation. 7v777 does not provide legal advice.

Amendments

7v777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The revised Terms & Conditions will display an updated Effective Date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the revised terms take effect.
